The top eSports organizations in India are getting ready to make their CS: GO rosters in 2023. In a nation where the majority of competitive PC games have failed, with Valorant being the exception, this is a huge step forward.
Three Indian esports groups, Revenant Esports, Velocity Gaming, and Enigma Gaming, intend to form CS:GO teams in the upcoming year. The owners, Manoj Kasyap, Rohit Jagasia, and Aryaman Wasan, have said similar things about their involvement in the title.
Skyesports, one of the top esports tournament organizers in India, appears to have directly influenced the decision. Skyesports have revealed their plans to make significant investments in CS: GO and Dota 2 next year.
In order to increase CS: GO and Dota 2 competition in India, Skyesports CEO and founder Shiva “Marvel” Nandy announced an investment of at least $500,000 in both games. This move was made in order to uplift competitive CS: GO and Dota 2 within India.
According to Rohit Jagasia, Revenant Esports is building a CS: GO roster for this competition because the idea behind it is so overwhelming and exciting.
Manoj Kashyap also said that Skyesports would soon reveal information about the competition and that Velocity Gaming would also unveil a CS: GO lineup.
Aryaman Wasan added that Enigma Gaming will join CS: GO in 2019, saying, “All I can say right now is that great things are being prepared. For esports enthusiasts in India in 2023. CS: GO, we are!”
The Indian esports scene has undoubtedly become much more exciting as a result of all of these announcements. Games like CS: GO, and Dota 2 may be able to find a new spot in competitive esports in India.
