Skylightz Gaming announces Indian roster for PUBG New State

Published on:

Skylightz Gaming have announced the roster for PUBG New State. Following the nationwide prohibition of BGMI, Indian organizations are gradually focusing on Krafton’s second battle royale game, PUBG New State, in an effort to resurrect the mobile gaming industry.

The roster announcement was made through social media saying, “We are excited to announce our expansion in PUBG New State, a perfectly balanced lineup with the best talent in the region. It’s tournament time! We are ready to go!”

The new roster consists of the following players:
1. Cobra
2. Criminal
3. Dagger
4. Punisher

The PUBG New State Open Grand Finals, which start on November 19, will be the team’s first competition under the Skylightz Gaming banner. The Esports Club, a well-known outside organizer, has personally invited the squad to this important event.

The Grand Finals will feature a total of 16 teams consisting of 8 qualified teams, and eight invited teams will compete for a prize pool worth 10 lakh INR.

The Grand Finals will be a LAN tournament and is going to feature participation from Skylightz as well as a number of other well-known groups. Team SouL, TSM, XSpark, Chemin Esports, and Team XO are a few of them.

The company is expecting to achieve the same success they did with its BGMI squad with its new foray into PUBG New State. However, since the game’s debut, Krafton has not planned any significant events.

Skylightz Gaming won the BGIS 2021, the first major competition of the BGMI, and as a result, quickly became quite well-known in India. Their team had to defeat other seasoned teams to pull off this fantastic feat. The BGMI has not disbanded its lineup in spite of the ban.

BGMI was banned this year due to a violation of Section 69A of the Information Technology Act 2000. Krafton recently disclosed that the business has been working hard to bring BGMI back to the country. Many Indian groups and fans are still holding out hope that the game will be re-released in India.

In November 2021, PUBG New State was released for iOS and Android devices. The game features cutting-edge visuals and is described as a futuristic take on PUBG Mobile. Sadly, this game’s popularity did not match that of PUBG Mobile or BGMI.
