Delta Corp registers highest revenue and profit in first half of FY23

India’s only listed gaming and hospitality company Delta Corp Limited has registered the highest revenue and profit for the half year ended September 2022. The Statement of Accounts has been prepared after the auditing for the quarterly and half yearly were done by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.

Delta Corp has successfully registered the highest consolidated revenue amounting to a sum of INR 651.93 crore and a net profit of INR 125.38 crore for the half year of FY 2022-23 whereas, the EBIDTA was estimated at a sum of INR 203.81 crore. This is Delta Corp’s highest-ever revenue for the quarter.

The revenue from the casino gaming division stood at Rs. 273.66 crore while the online skill gaming division contributed with Rs. 49.41 crore.

The Chairman of the Delta Corp, Jaydev Mody said that the company’s growth for this quarter has been possible because of a surge at the domestic level.

“The growth can be attributed to the surge in domestic level. This has enabled the growth and we believe that this trend will continue for a while. In the meantime, other development that is in the pipeline which is the launch of our new vessel is in public domain. This will further the growth momentum and help us achieve desired results,” he said.

Group CEO, Hardik Dhebar said,” The half year results depict landmark revenue. Our consolidated revenue for the half year stood at Rs. 651.93 crore and our consolidated EBITDA stood at Rs. 203.81 crores giving a robust growth trajectory. We are pleased with the company’s record growth numbers in this quarter and are focused on sustained growth initiatives going forward.”

Delta Corp operates casinos in Goa, Sikkim and Nepal under the Deltin brand and a five start property in Daman called ‘The Deltin’. It also operates an online poker and gaming platform called Adda52.
