Gigabyte is making a push in the Indian gaming market with the launch of its latest AI-powered gaming laptops, the Gigabyte G6X and the Aorus 16X. These new additions aim to provide a more compelling range of options for gaming enthusiasts and professionals in the country.
The Gigabyte Aorus 16X redefines gaming performance with its advanced Gigabyte AI Nexus technology, which enhances power management and gaming capabilities while optimizing generative AI applications. Key features include a 16-inch WQXGA (2,560 x 1,600 pixels) display with a 165Hz refresh rate, a 16:10 aspect ratio, TÜV Rheinland Eye Comfort Certification, and Pantone Validated color accuracy. It is powered by options of Intel Core i9-14900HX, Intel Core i7-14650HX, or Intel Core i7-13650HX processors. The graphics are handled by an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 GPU with 8GB GDDR6 VRAM, with an alternative NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 option for the Intel Core i7-13650HX variant. Additional features include a 3-zone RGB backlit keyboard, dual speakers with Dolby Audio support, a microphone, and connectivity options like WiFi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4.
The Gigabyte G6X, equipped with Microsoft’s AI assistant Copilot, is designed to blend high performance with AI-driven productivity. Its standout features include a WUXGA display with a 165Hz refresh rate, narrow bezels, and a 90 percent screen-to-body ratio, supporting Dolby Audio. A dedicated CoPilot button provides instant access to the AI assistant, enhancing user experience. Configurations include an Intel Core i7-13650HX paired with either an RTX 4060 GPU with 8GB GDDR6 VRAM or an RTX 4050 GPU, both supporting up to 64GB of DDR5 RAM. Additional features include dual speakers, a microphone, and connectivity options like WiFi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4.
The new Gigabyte gaming laptops are priced between Rs. 96,999 and Rs. 1,89,999 and are set to hit the Indian market next month. The Aorus 16X will be available in two color variants, Aurora Gray and Midnight Gray, while the G6X will be offered in a single color, Gunmetal Grey. With these new launches, Gigabyte aims to cater to the growing demand for high-performance, AI-integrated gaming laptops in India, providing gamers with top-notch hardware and cutting-edge features to enhance their gaming experience.
