Mumbai-based esports company, Revenant Esports, has unveiled its new roster for the 2024 Brawl Stars esports season. The new line-up features seasoned expertise as well as promising newcomers, with Indian Brawl Stars champion, Ashmit “Sergeant Clash” Singh, leading the charge. Joining him are two talents hailing from Japan: Takuya “Menmi” Kitano and Kenji “Ken-G” Oda. Karthikk “Kizuki” Adithiyha S, will serve as the team’s analyst.
Sergeant Clash, renowned as one of India’s most celebrated Brawl Stars players with an impressive track record that includes multiple Monthly Finals victories is expected to brings a wealth of experience to the team despite his young age of 19.
Commenting on the team’s aspirations for the 2024 season, Sergeant Clash expressed confidence in the revamped lineup, stating, “After an immensely successful 2023 season, we are setting our sights even higher for 2024. With our revamped lineup featuring the talents of Menmi and Ken-G, we are determined to secure our spot in the Brawl Stars World Finals once again.”
Menmi and Ken-G, both experienced competitors in the Brawl Stars scene, bring their accolades and experience to the table. Ken-G, previously associated with ZETA DIVISION ONE, has won events like the 2022 Mid-Season Invitational. Meanwhile, Menmi, a former member of REJECT, had a number of victories in the East Asia region.
Kizuki, the team’s analyst, who has worked with prominent names in competitive Brawl Stars esports, is expected to round out the lineup with his expertise in strategic analysis and provide an advantage for Revenant Esports throughout the season.
Rohit Jagasia, Founder and CEO of Revenant Esports, highlighted the significance of the roster overhaul in light of changes to the Brawl Stars ecosystem. With the Indian region merging into the APAC region, he claims, finding talent from across this larger area was crucial. The inclusion of Ken-G and Menmi is seen as a step towards enhancing the team’s performance.
The Revenant Esports Brawl Stars roster is set to begin in the 2024 Brawl Stars Championship this month with the APAC Monthly Qualifier, which has a prize pool of up to $2 million.
