Revenant Esports adds AquaNox and Blaze to boost BGMI lineup

In a strategic move to fortify its presence in the evolving Indian esports scene, Revenant Esports, one of the country’s most eminent gaming organizations, has revealed two formidable additions to its Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) lineup. The organization has successfully recruited the highly accomplished duo of Harsh “AquaNox” Rao and Hamza “Blaze” Hyderabadwala.

The announcement was conveyed through an electrifying video on YouTube and Instagram. This marks a significant leap for Revenant Esports in shaping a powerhouse BGMI roster. AquaNox and Blaze, both seasoned veterans in BGMI esports, forged their partnership in 2021 as integral members of the highly successful TSM lineup. Their most recent exploits with God’s Reign showcased their skill on an international stage, particularly at the India-Korea Invitational, where their stellar performance propelled the team to a commendable second-place finish.

Expressing his enthusiasm about joining Revenant Esports, AquaNox stated, “I am super excited to be joining Revenant Esports, who were among the more consistent teams throughout 2023. I am confident that our new lineup not only brings together individual skill and experience but also places a strong emphasis on synergy, creating a winning combination. I look forward to the challenges and victories ahead with this squad.”

Blaze added, “We have put together a team that is incredibly talented, and in the next few weeks, we’ll focus on improving our teamwork and figuring out what works best for us. Building on their consistent performances throughout 2023, Revenant Esports qualified for major tournaments such as the BGMI India Series (BGIS) in Mumbai, the Pro Series (BMPS) in Ahmedabad, and secured a commendable second-place finish at the Skyesports Championship 5.0 LAN in Bangalore.

Fans can witness the refreshed lineup in action at the upcoming ESL Snapdragon Pro Series: BGMI, scheduled from Jan. 12 to Feb. 18, boasting an impressive INR 1 Crore Prize Pool. The tournament’s grand finale will unfold as a LAN event in Delhi, India.
