8) Mark William Branco – Helping friends win more than $1 million

Bellagio craps dealer Mark William Branco, along with his two accomplices, Jeffrey Martin and Anthony Grant Granito, scammed the casino for more than $1 million by allowing friends to place “hop bets” (high-value bets based on the possibility of a specific set of numbers being the outcome) on the tables managed by Martin and Granito.

The bets were mumbled by the group of friends, and the duo managing the tables would hand over the payouts even if they did not win. Branco and his associates were caught in 2016 and were arrested and charged with at least four years in prison for scamming the casino and will be booked for a felony if they ever step foot in a casino again.
