Published on:

Lenovo has upgraded its Legion Slim series gaming laptops with the latest hardware in the market. The latest laptops include the Legion Slim 7i, 7 and Legion Slim 5i, 5.

Both Slim 7 and Slim 5 are packing some of the latest hardware in terms of storage, operating system, processors and graphics. With these specifications, players can easily run modern AAA gaming titles without any hassle or low frame drops.

Apart from gaming, people can also use the laptop for streaming, video editing and even game development of their own. The compact design also gives creators a great option to travel anywhere with a powerful machine.

The latest models come with a 13th Gen Intel Core i9-13900H processor for team blue or AMD Ryzen 9 7940HS processors for those in team red. Both the models have up to 32 GB of GDDR5 memory and an RTX 40 series (4070) graphics card. Storage can be expanded up to 1 TB through NVMe SSD drive.

As the name suggests, the laptop is indeed a lot lighter than a regular one since the body is made from recycled aluminum, which is quite surprising as it holds some of the most powerful hardware available in the market.

Another thing to note is that the laptop uses Lenovo AI Engine+ in its LA1 chip that supplies power to the laptop GPU and CPU according to the needs for better performance and proper optimization for the best gameplay. As usual, the laptop comes with backlit RGB keypad that can also be customized according to preference.

The latest models are currently available on Lenovo’s official website only where the company is also providing customization options for players.

For those looking for a more budget option they can check out the Lenovo Legion 5 with 10th gen Intel Core i5 processor and an RTX 3050 graphics card. It is currently available here for Rs 72,490.

The laptop features a 120 Hz FHD 1920×1080 display, 8 GB RAM which can be upgraded to 16 GB through another memory stick and a 512 GB SSD drive. The Legion 5 is also using the older version of the Lenovo AI Engine which might not be as powerful as the current one, it still holds up pretty well in CPU and GPU overclock.

For more hardcore gamers, there is Lenovo Legion 5 with Ryzen 7 5800H processor along with RTX 3060. The laptop has a WQHD 1440p display with 100% sRGB and 165 Hz refresh rate. It comes preinstalled with 1 TB SSD and 16 GB RAM.

The Lenovo Legion 5 is currently available for Rs 1,31,000 here.
