For World Hunger Day, The Eleanor Crook Foundation and LifePack have partnered, to launch two limited-time bundles of SpongeBob: Krusty Cook-Off which will serve up food in reality to help combat malnutrition in Eastern Africa.
As per the health records Malnutrition is the cause of death of a child every 11 seconds – and COVID has made the situation even worst. As per the deal,every 25 cents raised through LifePack will offer a life-saving Ready to Use Therapeutic Food (RUTF) packet for a needy child. Total of three packets a day for six to eight weeks will be offered to the child in need and it seems that it might save the child from the door of death.
The campaign has commenced already and it will last through 9July, where players of SpongeBob: Krusty Cook-Off on iOS and Android devices may buy two different LifePack bundles for special content, with the profit going directly purchasing RUTF in Eastern Africa. “Each purchase of the New Starter Bundle of 75 gems buys enough RUTF to treat a child for two days. A bundle that grants players 100 gems and four power-ups treats a child for a whole week,” assured the press note.

Before its mobile launch, SpongeBob: Krusty Cook-Off recorded 17 million pre-registered players, and it performed well in the pre-registration phase of any Nickelodeon game ever. Surprisingly it maintained the curve of top 10 most downloaded games on iOS in 97 countries, and 79 countries on Google Play. In the first week itself, SpongeBob: Krusty Cook-Off crossed over 2.2 million daily active users.
